Ingredients & Directions
One vegetarian capsule provides:
- Zinc bisglycinate chelate (providing 15 mg elemental zinc): 150 mg
- Copper bisglycinate chelate (providing 1 mg elemental copper): 10 mg
- Selenium glycinate complex (providing 100 µg elemental selenium): 10 mg
- Cucurbita moschata (pumpkin) seed extract 4:1: 330 mg
Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule.
Directions: Take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water, 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. If it makes you feel nauseous, take it at night after a meal or before bed.
