Sfera Quercetin Complex combines quercetin from the Japanese pagoda tree with citrus bioflavonoids, bromelain and stinging nettle, often called nature's antihistamine.
Together they provide antioxidants and support during allergy season and for minor inflammation.

Ingredients & Directions
One vegetarian capsule provides:
- Sophora japonica (Japanese pagoda tree) flower extract, std. 98% quercetin: 300 mg
- Citrus aurantium (bitter orange) fruit extract, std. 35% bioflavonoids: 100 mg
- Bromelain (80 GDU/g): 50 mg
- Urtica dioica (stinging nettle) leaf extract: 50 mg
Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule, natural flow agent and microcrystalline cellulose.
Directions: Take 1 to 3 capsules a day on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare provider. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a healthcare provider.
