Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every PrimaBody SA order. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.

1. Damaged, defective, incorrect or tampered products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, with a broken or missing safety seal, past its expiry date, or is not the product, size or flavour you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@primabodysa.co.za with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. Do not use the product. Once confirmed, we will replace it or refund you in full, including the delivery fee.

2. Change of mind
You may cancel an online order and return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unopened, unused and in its original sealed condition, with the safety seal intact. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. Once we have received and checked the item, we will refund the purchase price.

3. Opened products
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements that have been opened, unsealed or used. This includes opened tubs, bags, bottles and sachets, and products returned because you did not like the taste or flavour. This does not affect your rights under South African consumer-protection legislation for defective goods.

4. Reactions or side effects
Always read the label and follow the recommended dosage. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice. Please contact us so we can assist you and report the matter to the supplier.

5. Unavailable products
If a product you ordered is unavailable from our supplier and you decline an alternative, we will refund you for that product.

6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed as soon as reasonably possible, using your original payment method where possible (or by EFT for EFT orders). The time it takes for funds to reflect may depend on your bank or payment provider.

7. Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or any other applicable law.
