Berberine is a natural compound found in plants such as Berberis aristata (tree turmeric), which grows high in the western Himalayas. Berberine-containing plants have a long history in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine.
Sfera Berberine provides 500 mg of berberine hydrochloride per capsule, to support healthy blood sugar, insulin sensitivity and blood lipid levels.

Ingredients & Directions
One vegetarian capsule provides:
- Berberis aristata (Indian barberry) root extract, min. 97% berberine hydrochloride: 500 mg
Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule, natural flow agent and microcrystalline cellulose.
Directions: Take 1 capsule two or three times a day, 30 minutes before meals, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
