One vegetarian capsule provides:
- Digestive enzyme blend (amylase 3 150 DU, protease 14 000 HUT, invertase 110 SU, diastase 225 DP, lipase 250 FIP, cellulase 280 CU, lactase 150 ALU): 90 mg
- Chamomile flower powder: 60 mg
- Peppermint leaf powder: 50 mg
- Fennel seed powder: 50 mg
- Lemon balm leaf powder: 40 mg
- Milk thistle seed powder: 35 mg
- Liquorice root extract: 30 mg
- Angelica root powder: 25 mg
- Black pepper fruit extract: 2 mg
Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule and microcrystalline cellulose.
Directions: Take 1 capsule twice a day with water, just before your two largest meals, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

- Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient; are pregnant or breastfeeding; have diarrhoea, a bleeding disorder, heavy periods, low potassium, high blood pressure, diabetes, or a kidney, liver, heart or circulation disorder; have stomach ulcers or are having surgery; or use the contraceptive pill or HRT.
- Do not use with thiazide diuretics, heart glycosides, corticosteroids, blood thinners, anti-inflammatories, antibiotics, stimulant laxatives or other medicines that can upset electrolyte balance.
