Ingredients & Directions
Ingredients:
- Essential oils: Cape snowbush (Eriocephalus africanus), silverbush everlasting (Helichrysum petiolare), rose geranium (Pelargonium graveolens)
- Distilled water, ethanol absolute
Directions: Add 15 drops to a humidifier or a bowl of just-boiled water and inhale the steam. Cover your head with a cloth for a more effective steam. Repeat if needed.
