Ingredients & Directions
Ingredients:
- Food-grade flaxseed
- Organic Cape lavender
- 100% cotton cover, hand printed
Directions: To heat: microwave on high for 2 minutes and place over the area that needs comfort. Never heat for longer than 3 minutes. To cool: seal in a freezer bag and freeze for about 30 minutes.
