- Food-grade flaxseed
- Peppermint, spearmint, lavender, basil and mandarin essential oils
- 100% cotton cover
Directions: To warm: microwave in 30-second bursts until it feels warm, then place on the back of the neck or forehead. To cool: place in a sealed bag in the freezer until cold, then place on the forehead or temples. Many people prefer cold for throbbing heads and warmth for tension.
