Ingredients & Directions
Ingredients:
- Black seed oil (Nigella sativa)
- Oregano oil (Origanum vulgare)
- Olive oil
- Tocopherol (vitamin E)
Directions: Shake well. Take as is or mixed into a little juice or warm water. Maintenance: half a teaspoon once daily. For extra support: 1 teaspoon twice daily for 7–10 days, then return to the maintenance dose.
