Ingredients & Directions
Ingredients:
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
- Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata)
- Ethanol, water
Directions: Shake well. Mix into a quarter glass of water and take 3 times daily or as needed. Teens and adults: 15 drops. Children 4–12 years: 1 drop per year of age.
