Ingredients & Directions
Ingredients:
- Handmade glazed ceramic neti pot
Directions: Dissolve a pinch of good salt (sea or Himalayan salt) and a little xylitol in warm, previously boiled or distilled water and fill the pot. Lean over a sink, tilt your head to the side and let the water flow into the upper nostril and out of the lower one, breathing through your mouth. Repeat on the other side, then gently blow your nose.
