Ingredients & Directions
Ingredients:
- Cotton tube
- Beeswax
- Chamomile and lavender essential oils
Directions: You will need the candles, a paper plate, a bowl of water and matches. Cut a cross in the plate and push the candle through it. The person receiving the treatment lies on their side with the ear clear of the pillow. Place the candle gently in the ear, with the plate shielding the head and hair, then light it and let it burn down to about 5 cm. Remove it, put it out in the bowl of water, and repeat on the other ear.
