Ingredients & Directions
Ingredients:
- 100% steam-distilled oregano (Origanum) oil
Directions: External: dilute 5 drops in 15 drops of a carrier oil such as olive oil before applying to the skin. Internal (adults only): 1 to a maximum of 3–4 drops in 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, twice a day, followed by a glass of water. Do not use internally for more than 15 days.
